Naturopathy On The Central Coast
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that aims at restoring and maintaining health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. At times modern orthodox medicine can be disease or symptom focused rather than or as well as, working towards balancing the environment or health of the individual.
Utilising the best of modern science and evidence based traditional medicine, Diana’s aim is to restore balance to the body and encourage the natural healing intelligence that the human body is capable of given the right environment. Diana welcomes working integratively with other medical professionals to enhance the best outcome for the client.
Science is changing and where we were once taught that our genes determine our health, it’s now becoming evident that our environment influences our gene expression.
Nutritionist On The Central Coast
Naturopathy Diana is dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the Central Coast community through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle goals.
Whether it’s achieving a healthy body weight or maintaining optimal health and wellness, working with Diana can help provide the motivation, guidance, accountability & a personalised plan needed to get on a long term, balanced healthy path.
Nutritionist and dieticians may differ in their approach to food. As a nutritionist, Diana does not simply focus on calorie counting or sugar content and is more focusde on the quality and what makes up the nutritional fuel going into the body. For example – artificial sweetners or ‘diet’ products are never a part of Diana’s approach to addressing a person with diabetes or blood sugar issues.
There is no magic diet or weight loss pill. Diet and lifestyle changes will need to be made, however these will be realistic, obtainable and personalised for you.

Prevention is better than cure so embarking on a wellness program to enhance health and prevent disease can be the best gift to give yourself and your loved ones.
